(USED) Well, here we are. In 2022, after selling thousands of guitars, we find ourselves once again with our collective jaws on the floor! It’s a lovely thing, being able to come to work every day and be reminded what it’s all about… this little Froggy is the truth.
Hyperbole, much? Maybe… but there is no doubt that even a shop like ours (that sells pretty much *exclusively* great instruments) can occasionally find itself as the steward for an especially wonderful piece. Enter this 2019 Froggy Bottom H12 Cutaway, peak FB in every way and with label signed by Mr. Michael Mullard, one of the best wood whisperers to ever do it. This guitar, in our hearts, has it all. The tone, the weight, the build quality, the rareness and the sheer beauty of the materials… this is one of those instances that everything in a build came together *perfectly* and, it’s a comforting reminder of the “before” times, if you know what we mean!
Okay, okay… we’ll come back down to Earth with a regular old spec rundown: Adirondack spruce top and bracing, life-affirming highly figured mahogany courtesy of “The Tree” (follow this link, if you didn’t know already) on the comfortable mid-sized H (approximately 000 size) body. 12-fret body joint. Cutaway for access to the highest frets. Abalone rosette and back strip, curly maple body binding, heel cap and end graft. Short 25″ scale length with 1 11/16″ nut and 2 3/16″ string spacing at the saddle. Mahogany neck with low-profile shape, ebony fingerboard with abalone diamond inlays. Ebony bridge and pins. Rosewood peghead overlay with a big, beautiful abalone frog on it. Nickel Waverly tuners.
Excellent playability with 3/2 action, light gauge strings and about .004″ of relief. Condition is excellent with one ding on the bass side of the upper bout. K&K Pure Mini pickup installed. This guitar is fit with a custom grey/blue Calton case.
We can’t imagine a more rich mahogany tone, it is absolutely off the charts! Wait for the demo video if you dare!

Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It should also be in the original package.
